The Goal

My personal goal is to help as many people who got scammed as possible.  I do need your help to report it though.  There are a ton of us in this situation.

So what do I want:

1. Everyone to get their proper refunds.
2. Just Fab shut down

Trust me, we can get shoes for just as cheap elsewhere.  I'll post some links later on to help you out!

Step 2: Contact Your Credit Card Company

Call up your credit card company.  Explain that you've been trying to cancel your subscription and they keep charging you and you want a refund for the purchases you never made.  You may have to send them all the info you collected in Step 1.

Request that this company can never take money from your credit card again, as well.

Credit card companies don't like dealing with this.  The more of us who get scammed, the more of us who complain, the more they take us seriously.  Credit card companies don't want to help scamming companies like Just Fab.  It's bad for them.

Step 1: Keep Documentation

Every time you send them an email, message, live chat, phone call... keep track of it.  Screen shot it.  Remember the names of the people you have talked to.

Ex. I talked to Suzanne on Live Chat and I talked to Arthur over the phone.

Remember the outcome of each interaction.

Ex. Arthur was going to cancel my account.

Keep track of EVERYTHING ... what you said, what they said, and include days. As much information as possible!

Just Fab is a site that secretly gets you to subscribe and then they take $40 out of your account each month.  They will not refund this money.  Even if you try to cancel, they won't process the cancellation and they will continue charging your account.  No matter how much you contact them (email, "contact us", live chat, phone), they won't cancel your subscription or give you a refund for the money they stole.  They often won't return your emails, etc.

Anyway, I noticed this company has scammed many people (including myself) so I want to bring this company down.  They are nothing but a scam and they just steal money from innocent people.
